The Next Global Shift is a digital book delivered in full at the moment your payment clears. Because you receive the entire product immediately and it cannot be returned, every sale is final.
This is a single digital file. There is no partial delivery, no trial period, and nothing to send back. The moment payment clears, you have the complete book — all twenty chapters, all four parts, and the three companion pieces. A refund after delivery would mean returning a product you still hold a copy of, so we do not offer one.
We describe the product in full before you buy, so the decision is an informed one rather than a gamble. On the sales page you will find every chapter title, the four parts they sit in, the page count, the format, exactly what is included, and a plain statement of who the book is not for. Please read it before purchasing.
If anything about the contents is unclear, ask us before you buy and we will answer honestly, including telling you if we think the book is not right for you.
This policy covers changes of mind, not faults. If you paid and did not receive the book, received a corrupted or incomplete file, or cannot open it, contact us and we will get you a working copy. That is a delivery issue and we will always fix it.
You will not be charged twice for the same order. If a payment was genuinely taken more than once for a single purchase, contact us and the duplicate charge will be returned.
Nothing in this policy removes rights you hold under the consumer law of your own country. In some jurisdictions a right to cancel a digital purchase exists but is waived once access begins and you have acknowledged it; where local law grants you a right we cannot exclude, that law applies regardless of what is written here.
