The short version. We ask for as little as possible. There is no account to create, no sign-in, no newsletter you are enrolled in against your wishes, and we do not sell your data to anyone, ever.
To sell you a book we need an email address to deliver it to, and our payment processor needs whatever it requires to take the payment. That is the whole of it. There is no registration form on this site and no account system.
We do not ask for your name, address, phone number, date of birth, occupation or income. We do not require a sign-in of any kind to read what you bought. We do not build an advertising profile of you, and we run no third-party advertising trackers on this site.
To send your book and anything directly concerning your order. If we later write to you about a related title, every message carries a one-click unsubscribe and we honour it immediately and permanently. We never sell, rent, trade or otherwise pass your address to a third party.
Payments are handled by Dodo Payments, which processes your details under its own privacy policy in order to complete the transaction and meet its legal obligations. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which processes standard request data to serve the page and protect against abuse.
Order records are retained for as long as tax and accounting law requires, and then deleted. If you ask us to delete your email address from our records and there is no legal obligation to retain it, we will do so.
You may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or withdraw consent to email contact. Write to the address below and we will act on it. You do not need to give a reason.
This site and product are intended for adults and are not directed at children under 16.
If this policy changes, the updated date at the top of this page changes with it.
